Netatmo support doesn't respond

I'm not getting a respons for my support ticket for days now. Furthermore all phone numbers of Netatmo are not working when I call them. I also contact LeGrand and they give me the same phone numbers of Netatmo. 

My previous post about support not responding has been deleted. Why?

What is going on? Why does it take so long to provide support for your products?

    Absolutely dreadful customer support, no help whatsoever.

    Yep, the product is almost entirely abandoned. It's not clear what will happen - I guess new companies offering heat pumps will replace it and boilers entirely over the next 10 years.
