api ban not released after 40 hours

I was testing a python source which will contact api.netamo.com for automatic refresh tokens and to download stationsdata. Two days ago I could not resolve data because I was banned. I received this message:

 Max retries exceeded with url: /api/getstationsdata?get_favorites=false 

I contacted Leslie (Netatmo Community Manager) and he wrote to me, that he could not release the ban and I had to wait 24 hours. I waited > 24 hours but unfortunately.

I am waiting now for > 40 (FOURTY) hours and still can not contact api.netatmo.com for downloads.

How can I reach someone from Netatmo who will be able to release that ban, because this takes way too long.

    Hello,

    I asked the teams if they changed something about this rule but I don't still have an answer for now ...

    The most probable is that you are "banned in a loop" for some reason. You could try to create a new developer app meanwhile to unlock the situation

    You'll have to redo the /authorize request with the new values of your developer app, and update your client_id/secret values for the /token renewal process
