video doorbell stopped working

Hi,

after more than a year of continuous service my doorbell stopped working.

The cause probably was an update of my ISP (KPN Netherland) to my residential gateway. This disable the wifi and changed some other settings (but they did not specify what). Probably the firewall settings were changed.

When I re-enabled the wifi I had to reinstall the video doorbel. But I cannot see the video feed. Also pressing the bell button does not sent an allert to my phone.

What did I do:

1) remove the doorbell from the Netatmo security app and from apple home (on my iphone)

2) reinstall the doorbell in the netatmo app

3) I checked and can confirm that the doorbell is connected to the wifi (the residential gateway shows the doorbell as a connected device)

4) when I try to look at the live view feed I get an error messge "toegang op afstand tot dit product is geblokkerd (niet geveriefieerde verbinding) Gelieve het netwerk vanuit deze app te configureren om de verbinding te verifieren" (in short: remote acces tot device is blocked due to a not verfied connection. Please configure the network from this app to verify the connection.

5 I removed and reconfiguered the network settings three times but nothing changed.

6 I placed the doorbell in my networks DMZ but that did not help either.

Can someone help me?
