Screen Gone

The screen has gone on my display unit, this seems like a common fault, Do you replace for free ??

They probably won't replace it, of course, this is what happened to me in China.
As for the solution, you can try to buy an ink screen model OPM021B1, which I spent RMB 38 to complete in China. But now my device can't connect to the Internet (in fact, it has never worked properly in 2 years, and I have emailed them.)
Please send a replacement screen or replace the whole faulty unit
