the light goes off by itself

the camera light that I set to “auto” goes to “off” by itself, without me changing the settings

    Have the same problem. Newly installed camera. Set floodlight to auto and it switches to off. No idea why.

    So in English: problem seems to be that every time the light loses its signal the switch goes back to off instead of auto. Very annoying. You cannot count on the quality while you paid lots of money for the product and not even possible to file a complaint/incident.

    I got the same Problem her in Germany on my second device two. I buy a new SD Card but the Problems still here.

    How to Solve it? Can annyone Help?

    I figured out te problem, only one who can solve it = Netatmo but the service sucks! cannot reach them at all. Problem is that when a outside light loses the WiFi connection it resets tot basic settings. 
    For people that read this online -> Netatmo = non-service You pay a lot and don't get anything
