Smart thermostat with 2 smart valve in the same room

I have a room where i placed 2 smart radiator valve and a Smart Thermostat(phisically and in the app), i see that when the temperature drop below the setpoint, the thermostat open the smart valve, but when the temperature get on setpoint, don’t close the smart valve, so the the heat goes up endless.

    Hi, we have very similar issue. In the bathroom we have just 1 valve but it is heating even we set temperatur to 16 and there is 24 right now. Valve knows that there si 24 but still it us open and heating. I tried change batteries, recaliber valve. Any ideas?

    I have this problem too and I am here to find an answer. However, as far as I see, this problem is a chronic problem of this device and Netatmo is far from finding a solution. Unfortunately, I have eight valves and I am not in a position to change them. It may be too late for me, but it is not too late for those who are considering choosing the product.

    same here.. why does netatmo not react?

    the hole system is useless if the valves are not closing!

    I solve with one more valve connected in one fake room that i created, this valve is useless with 30 degrease setpoint, so its always open and when the thermostat reach the temperature setpoint the valves Connected to him close them selves.

    If you search on forum of home assistant the problem its called “lazy valve”
