Netatmo Smart Radiator valve can't connect to Smarther2 thermostat

Hey team!
One of my valves, the first one I tried installing out of 8, can't be connected to the Smarther2 thermostat.
I was not able to close the setup process (I was not able to see the button to confirm the last step), and, as a result, the valve seems to be configured as "1" but I had to remove it from the Control App since it was not working. In fact I was not able to see info like the battery level, the radio signal, the firmware version etc. So I took another valve and installed it successfully. I now have this valve that can't be found in the Control App, and it is stuck as "1".
I already opened a support ticket. They initially said that for any issue related to the Bticino components, I need to contact them but the problem is clearly on the Netatmo valve itself.
I explained this to the support rep and am waiting for an answer.
In the meantime, is resetting it to its original state possible?
I appreciate any help you can provide!
