Display failure and connecting failure

I have 4 valve with display failure. I'm not able tonsee anything. Otherwise problem is that sometimes the valve are disconnected. I use valve since 2 year and now start the problems. Could you help me ?

    I have problems with the display of the room thermostat. It shows just small black squares and it is impossible to read the temperature. Is that Netatmo quality?

    I too have had two valves out of three go faulty. The Aliexpress replacement displays were easy to fit and fixed the problem - but shouldn't have been needed.

    I am very disappointed with the quality of the valves, the e-paper display stopped showing after 4 years. I bought Netatmo valves, which are expensive, because I expected quality. Unfortunately, it was my mistake and I cannot recommend Netatmo to anyone.

    I too just had 4 valves out of 8 presenting a display failure.

    Netamo solution? "Sorry, just buy 4 new valves!".

    Ridicolous! I'm switching to Tado X anf goodbye Netatmo!
