Problems with Valve

Hi! 

I am having problems with one valve - it is connected to a radiator and the heat settings are set to 18 degrees, but the valve is open and the temperature is 20 degrees. I have tried resetting and rebooting but nothing seems to help. I have calibrated many times, but it is still warmer than I would like it to be. On the help section of the website I cannot find the "submit a request" so Netatmo seem to be very uninterested in helping their customers... HAs anybody experienced this and found a way to solve it? The other valves I have are working perfectly.

    I have a problem with a valve. The valve ceases to operate when the batteries are 50% depleated. Netatmo does not have any reference to this problem and there seems to be no way of contacting them directly for help. The only solution seems to be to uninstall the Netamo system and install Hive.

    I have the same problem as "tryggvad", one of the valves remains open and heats even though the temperature is lower and heating is not required. Calibration and restart nothing solved. Another problem is the unreadable display on the heads after three years of operation. How is possible to solve it?
