Problems with outdoor unit

I purchased a new outdoor unit online,as my old one was broken. I could not find any store selling just the outdoor unit, except online with netatmo. A few days after I installed it, i checked the readings, and it said 21 deg c, and 47. % humidity, when it was actually around 0 and 90 %. I tried to reset it several times, but it ended up with the same fault after a while. Now working with customer support to get a fix. Will see what they say….

    My Outdoor module is not responding / I can't reconnect it. I've changed the batteries, cleaned everything I could, but still nothing. As I see, this problem has quite a few users of your device, so you should be able to respond.
    Is there any product support / service in Slovakia or Bratislava?

    I have same issue as Ivan. Installed New batteries. Module has been up and running true the day. But now it is not working again.

    I have the same issues. The outdoor unit does not show up on my phone app at all. I bought an entire new system and still nothing except the ‘shield’ purchase area instead of a temperature reading….. did anyone get assistance with this????

    I got this reply:
    Please follow these steps to troubleshoot your device:

    Check that nothing is blocking the module's vents (e.g., dirt or spider webs).
    Use a Q-tip to gently clean the battery compartment of the outdoor unit. Avoid using liquids as they may damage the module.
    Remove the batteries and place the unit in an airtight container with a natural dehumidifier (like rice) for 48 hours to absorb any moisture.
    Clean the metal part of the battery cover.
    After 48 hours, place the module next to the Main Module in a dark room. Insert brand-new, non-rechargeable batteries.
    Close the battery compartment (no need to tighten the screws yet). Check the bottom of the unit for a blinking LED. If it doesn't blink, remove the cover, wait 40 seconds, and try again. You can follow this video for guidance: Changing the batteries.
    Tighten the screws and leave the module next to the Main Module until it reconnects. The green LED might not be visible if the light is weak.

    If the issue persists, don't hesitate to get in touch with us with the following details:
    - A picture of the module's battery compartment and serial number.
    - A picture showing the module's usual location and surroundings.
    - Let us know if the LED was visible when inserting the batteries.

    Hello,
    I have implemented all the steps you suggested.
    The result was negative.
    After 45 minutes I interrupted the “waiting for You product” action.
    The green flashing on the outdoor module never started.
    It was like that even when the module was working.
    Please give me more advice if there is any.

    Problems connecting to server, no change to WiFi provider or password. Just lost connection this morning and now can’t connect at all
