Cam does Not Save the video

from on day to another the Video does Not Save and we get no Information by the app. If we Open the app we can see the Video of the cam in live with Tone. I don’t know How to fix this Problem, somebody have any Solution? Regards Markus

    Exact the same here, since 2 days with 2 Cameras same time!
    Live works but Newsfeed stopped 2 days ago for 2 Cameras. (Doesn’t matter which Phone I use / IPhones)

    Can’t be a network problem, must be something on Netatmos side, since it’s using the App as bottleneck. 
    Restarting AP - no effect. 
    Also no notifications anymore.

    Netatmo should fix this asap!

    Exactly te same. Two days ago the cam stop saving but I can still see perfectly on live.
    I tried to restart it, and it didn't work, so, what is happening, please???

    PS. I'm in Spain

    Without doing anything, everything fine again.
    Both Cams working.
    Maybe some Netatmo server problems?
