Dialogue problem between Smarther 2/Netatmo valves and Apple Home app Hello everyone, I kindly ask you for help. I have a Smarther 2 thermostat from BTicino together with Netatmo thermostatic valves. The association of the valves is regular and I understood the setting in Comfort mode instead of Eco to be able to manage them individually outside of the thermostat, in the convenience of use via app the thermostat and also the valves are visible within the home network via the Apple Home app as well as via the native BTicino Home + Control app. However, if I leave the house, therefore I am outside the home network to which the thermostat is connected (and consequently the valves that go on the thermostat) so I go on a mobile network or other Wi-Fi, from the BTicino app they continue to communicate while from Apple Home they no longer communicate saying that it does not respond. Apple Home is regularly enabled on the ICloud side and I do not see other authorizations necessary for the dialogue between the two apps. Can you please clarify how it is possible to make Apple Home see the devices from the outside? I am not clear whether an additional accessory is needed for complete communication (such as Apple HomePod) or if it is just a configuration issue. Has this happened to anyone? Apart from the permissions required to integrate home in iCloud, I have not found anything else at the app level to be able to integrate them 100%. I thank you in advance for your help and wish everyone a happy christmas.
