Can not chance wi-fi settings

I can not get the device in pairing mode egen ritning it. The light is red not green or blue which are the only options in the app. What can I do to solve this?

WLAN einrichten geht seit 04.09.2025 nicht. Mein WLAN wird nicht angezeigt. War vorher in Ordnung.
