The batteries drain very quickly. I installed the thermostat at the end of November and on December 20th I already received a message that the batteries were low. I replaced them and on January 3rd I received another message to replace them in a month. After a few hours I received another notification that they were low.
UPDATE: I contacted support, explained the situation to them and even if the warranty had expired a few months ago, they offered me a free repair or replacement with a refurbished thermostat, I only had to pay the shipping costs. They did everything in a week. The new thermostat is already at my house
