Outdoor module loose connection to whetherstation

My outdoor module for temperature loos the connection to the whether station. Rain and wind works. The system has been up and running for years, and now the outdoor module is not giving information. There are new batteries and the radio signal is good (h177fd4) Why does this happen?

    Just have the same issue, I removed the batteries and split the housing to access the circuit board for cleaning. To split the housing you need a long thin torx bit (size T9), carfully remove the rubber seal around the circuit board, and carfully clean the temp sensor (allso covered by the seal). Also make sure that the battery conatct surfaces is clean.

    Same issue (both battery and signal ok), however the pressure indicator is ok (maybe this signal is sendt from main module inside?). Support; please comment on procedure for cleaning of temp sesor/circuit board.
