Adding Weather Station to netatmo weather app not possible

HI I bought the weather station last week, I installed app on my phone (iphone 15 newest version IOS) and tried to install Sation via netatmo weather app. 

When I start installation the indoor module and the outdoor modul is added to Home-App without any problems but afterwards to add the station to netatmo app it fails always.... now I have station added to Home-App but I do not see it in my netatmo App.

I resettet mutliple times and tried to add id again, always same Result, after I scanned the QR for Home, it was added to Home and afterwards the netatmo app failed to add it in netatmo app. also adding afterwards is not possible, also when I bring station back into tether mode (led blinks white).

I alsoo disabled 5GHz network in all my mesh points it did not help...

Problem is... without having station in netatmo app I cannot connect my other modlus....


cam anybody help me here?

    I finally solved the issue, the App on my phone did not have enough rights to share network setting. after Activating the setting it worked like a charme.

    Hi Benjamin,

    I seem to have exactly the same problem as the one you describe in your original message, but I still haven’t managed to fix it.

    Could you please explain exactly what you did to fix it, for example exactly which setting you changed on the phone?

    Hi eirik,

    sure go on your Iphone to: "Settings" --> "Apps" --> "netatmo" and activate setting "local network". 

     

    here screenshot in german:

    Afterwards reset your netatmo (touch on main modul on the top until it blinks red, touch a second time)   and delete the brige in the Home App. Afterwards restart Installation in netatmo app.
