I have the same problem, error -1100. I installed the camera a week ago but had problems because of firmware update during installation. The camera was out of the box! but i bought the cam more than 3 years ago. Then the camera (indoor, welcome) worked fine for some days. But now the camera is working a short period and then stops with error -1100. After restarting the camera i can stream and see the camera for some time until error -1100

Same problem here, error 1100 all of a sudden started to appear in the last month: I played the classic switch off-switch on game and it started working again but in the last month I had to repeat the operation twice…sounds like a software error to me because after the reset it works fine for a few days

Hi everyone,
I wanted to share an update regarding the error 1100 we've been encountering on our Netatmo indoor security camera when trying to play back some events.
I found that deleting the person profile associated with the error and recreating a new profile resolved the issue for me. Since doing this yesterday (20.03.25), I haven't experienced error 1100 when playing events for that person. However, the error still occurs with very old event recordings.
Let's keep our fingers crossed that this fix works for everyone. All the best!

I had the same code error and thought I would need to purchase another outdoor camera. However, I tried one more thing before giving up. I replaced the sd card and deleted the profile completely from Netatmo app and HomeKit and proceeded to reinstall the device again. I had a few problem linking it up but finally got it to work. Currently, it is working fine. It’s been a few weeks with no down time or error code. Cross my fingers

Replace SD card! Hi I also had this 1100 error recently. Support advices me to replace the SD card. I did yesterday and the camera seems to be working again. I haven’t touched to any other parameters.

I cleaned the SD-card with contactcleaner spray. Problem solved
