Batteri drain
I currently own nearly all the equipment from Netatmo and am generally satisfied with most of it. However, their radiator thermostats are incredibly disappointing. I've had three units replaced because, after about a year, they start draining the batteries within a single day. They develop some sort of defect after a year or so, where they consume 1000% more power than usual. Unfortunately, I can no longer exchange them through my retailer.
Additionally, the design could use significant improvement. Instead of creating a valve where plastic and metal are fastened together, it should be rethought entirely. Some of my units have also developed issues with the plastic threading due to the excessive force needed to push the radiator valve fully open. If the unit isn’t tightened securely enough, it results in calibration errors.
So now, I’m left with no choice but to reinstall traditional radiator thermostats in my home—the good old ones that i know will work reliably

I have the same problem: after three months from the first configuration one of the two valves I installed at home ended the charge of the batteries included, a pair of weeks before the other valve.
From that time I tried to use several kind and brand of other batteries but in every case the charge ends within 24 hours or less.
Meanwhile I'm trying to use the warrancy to make repair or replace the "draining" valve. With the other I have no problem untill now.
Have the same problem with one of mine. And now the display i all weird and i can't get it to connect any more. And it is also out of warranty. Anyone knows if they somehow can be reset.
