Outdoor camera cannot be paired

Hello,

I replaced a defective presence outdoor camera with a new one. Attached and connected. The white LEDs were permanently on.
Then add a new device in the iOS app and was then able to select my 2.4 GHz WiFi for the camera.
The permanent lighting of the LEDs then stops at this point.

Then comes the step where I have to hold the card with the QR code where the camera is.
And then it stays there.
After moving back and forth etc. for ages, nothing happens, the app always crashes because the camera probably doesn't recognize the QR code.
I also unplugged it again and reconnected it. The white light is on again, which means that the power supply appears to be working.

But then it continues as described above.

I can't get any further than that and the termination as a result of it being too long.
Anyone an idea?
