Outdoor camera is disconnected. Infra Red Lights flashing constantly.

After a couple of weeks running smoothly, all of a sudden my outdoor camera got disconnected and won't reconnect, even after running the whole troubleshooting process. In addition the Infra Red lights on the Flood Light keep flashing constantly.

Can't find the meaning of this "flashing" anywhere and don't know what to do... Someone faced the same issue and was able to resolve it?
