netatmo relay is unreachable
I had a perfectly working metatmo thermometer and relay, working on my phone. Broke my phone and got a new phone - netatmo didn't work.
Got a newer better phone - still not working.
Bought new netatmo set (display had stopped working so I thought it was the problem) and new device not working. Tried new thermostat with old relay, vice versa, still nothing.
Yhe thermostat works with the boiler (radio signal) but the wifi no.
I've gone through all the fixes, nothing. Broadband/wifi provider told me how to split the signal so it's on the 2Mg wifi, still not working.
Going on line tells me neither relay nor thermometer are working, but thermometer actually is.
And the boiler is still responding to timer settings set using the old relay. I can see the timer settings on the phone. I just put in a change to the setting to get th ebliler to come on but it hasn't - so the new relay is somehow reading the old timer settings?
Tried using a booster, no.
Changed router password, no.
Plugged relay directly into power socket 2 metres from the router - no.
Complete mystery.
Two expensive Netatmo kits, neither working.
It had been really good. Useless now.
Suggestions?

To add- After all of the above I downloaded the wizard on my PC, went through that.
Still no evidence of relay on the web page. Tried connecting with phone again.
Same message - unreachable.
Plugged in old relay to the PC. Advised that previous configuration not working:
Pressed ok
Got this - dont get too excited - this is what I got earlier....
And still not working:
I am losing my mind here......
Help!
And my internet provider is showing that the relay is connected - but no signal going through
But my phone is still saying device unreachable and my dasboard is still saying relay not available.
Summary
Thermostat is controlling boiler ok using relay
Wifi router is recognising relay
Phone app saying relay unreachable
Please does anyone see this.
I am seeing from a separate link that servers are all working
So what is wrong please.
And where is netatmo customer service 🤔
I've changed my router but the netatmo won't work. My provider has stated you need to get in touch with you please help.
