Connect My Netatmo to PWSWeather

It seems that about once a year my home weather station disconnects from PWSWeather. Yes, I have an account set up with both. The PWSWeather link is dead again and I cannot find current instructions on how to connect. It is also very difficult to find an addy for support. Engulf and devour does that to a company. So, how do I reconnect with PWSWeather?
