Not able to install new weather station because already installed ?

Hi

I am trying to install  a new weather station in a third location , but get the feedback that is already installed , in one of the other two station,  but I am not able to locate ,  only the two stations that are ok are coming up as homes 

The wrong registration was probably  earlier when  I was on 5 hz , I have now managed to switch to 2,4 hz but then I get the message it has already been installed , but where ???  Do I have to delete all the other stations and start again , problem is that they ar 2000 km apart :)

    Hi

    I have the same problem with my second installation. I have tried to reset the unit several times, but still it says " it already exist in another installation".

    I got the procedure below from Help desk in Netatmo -  I delete all my the apple app Home , then it worked , I nearly gave up butt manage to fix it with the last try before we went back home  (2000 km)

    To associate your device with Apple's Home app again, you need to reset its Homekit settings.
     
    Note that you'll also need to reset the WiFi settings.
     

    1. First of all, you should remove the product from the Apple Home app if you have added it.
      To do this, from the main page of the Apple Home app, touch the circle at the top right (with the 3 dots).
      Then tap "Home Settings" and "Hubs and Bridges".
      If your product is visible in the list of Bridges, touch it and then "Remove bridge from home".
      Restart your iPhone.
    2. Then, reset the product :
    3. Press and hold the top of the device until it flashes red.
    4. Press once to confirm. The LED will then turn solid red.
    5. The product will restart (flashing green) and then it will flash white or blue.

     
    Afterward, you will be able to start the procedure again.
    If the situation persists, please send me a screenshot of the main page of the Apple Home app, as well as the iPhone model used and the iOS version.
