7° at 9pm

My Thermostat started couple of days ago changing the set temperature to 7degree C, always around 21:00h. I m not when or if the thermostat would increase the temperature again, but still at 7C in the morning. On technician told me that 7C is the temp for the frost guard. I creates a new schedule on my mobile app, still the same problem! Any idea, need urgent help!

    I have the same problem since a few days. But in my case it happens several times a day. My thermostat is just 3 months (!) old. Netatmo?

    Thank you for your feedback. I got a new Netatmo as I had to act fast-ZERO support from the company, almost unbelievable for me. New thermostat can not get connection to my Iphone, still not sure how to connect to the app again. Depressing!

    I have exactly the same problem!

    I have been using my thermostat for more than a year and everything was fine. Since few weeks ago, the temperature setting changes automatically to 7ºC and then I have to set a manual boost to the proper temperature.

    I have tried to reschedule all the temperatures of the week but I still have the same problem.

    I gavr up an bought a Siemens wireless thermostat. No fancy app but it runs stable without any problems. And Siemens offers normally a great support!
