picture freezes overnight

Dear community, since some updates of Netamo or IOS I have the problem that the video freezes overnight and does not update anymore.
I used to have the app open on the iPad Mini and could always see the live image.
Why does it stop working? Can I set this somewhere?
Alternatively, it would be nice to be able to see the clock time so it is easier to see that the picture has stopped.
