The door lock hangs up completely

The door lock hangs up completely so that no key or app can access it. No more chance of getting into the house! If a battery is briefly removed and reinserted, the door lock works again for about a week and then the same thing happens again... New batteries, a reset and new installation don't change anything. All I get from support are phrases and standard answers, such as doing a reset, otherwise no help.

    Yes, same for me! Seems to be connected to battery management! When this happens power indicator shows low on HomeKit but full in the native security app!
    Also reported this several times to customer support but no solution!
    I think this lock has a severe problem they cannot solve ( as many netatmo products)!
    As always nice idea but poorly executed!

    I have exactly the same problem. I already complained about the lock and got a new one. That didn't help either. After a few days (or hours) it stops responding to keys and is not available on my mobile. I have to take the batteries out and put them back in to make it work again. It's not very pleasant when you can't get home. I have firmware 3.9.0, so it's the latest one. Interestingly, if I remove the lock from the door and leave it on the table, it still works.

    I would say that the latest firmware 3.9.0 is to blame. Is it possible to somehow revert to the previous firmware version?

    Even with latest firmware now. Lock today just stopped working. Not reachable from app or key. Removing battery and putting it back in works and shows full battery level.
    Now this is a serious issue!!
    If you come home and have to worry if you can back in….
    Does anyone know if there is a possibility to reset from the outside?
