NETATMO PRESENCE - TOTAL FAIL - 2ND CAMERA

This is my second one of these and again it has failed.

It had connection issues for a while then it became intermittent last summer with actual detections and recordings. During autumn it stopped even working as a light so is completely and utterly useless.

Support don't want to know. Easy to say hardware failure and unrepairable but at £200 a pop that's just not on.

Clearly a lot of others have experienced similar issues since last summer.

My advice, buy something else
