Two smart weather station registered in different account in the same WiFi Network

Two smart weather stations are registered under different accounts but use the same WiFi network.

These weather stations are installed in separate rooms for two participants in my project. Each participant (Cozie user 4 and Cozie user 7) has their own account, and each weather station is registered to its respective account using the participant's smartphone. Both devices use the same WiFi network. However, data reporting stops after 2-3 days, requiring reconfiguration. Could the shared WiFi network be causing this issue?
