Smart Video Doorbell doesn't start - LED is off

Hello, my Smart Video Doorbell dosn't start at all and the LED is off. I have connected the Video Doorbell to the In-wall transformer and I have 12V on the output of the transformer and on the pins of the Video Doorbell.

    Had this too a couple of weeks ago. Either let it sit without power supply for 24hrs or reset it by:
    Connect power supply via USB to Video Doorbell

    Press ring button together with reset pin (in pin hole) and wait for white flash.
