New wifi and now can't connect Netatmo

I have had new Fibre broadband installed and now can't connect. I had the signal split so I have a 2.4 but my app keeps saying either not connected or no internet. I have tried to install around 30 times. Once I got a connected but then the app went round the same loop again searching for a device. Please HELP
