I am trying to installate my smart outdoor camera of netatmo (presence) several times on a new network but after finding the correct network and the confirmation back the camera is connected to that network i get the error code 0097-00002. I use your app on my IOS ipad. What is going wrong and what should i do to solve this problem.
Because of moving to an other house i do not have not used the camera during 2 years.
I’m trying to set up a new camera. I can find the camera on my phone and it’s obviously found my WiFi but keep getting an error message asking me to try later???
