Netatmo Wellcome continuous disconnections
I have two Netatmo Wellcome cameras in two different houses, they have always worked perfectly. For about a week in both houses the cameras disconnect from the App and reconnect for no apparent reason. The Wi-Fi signal for both cameras is excellent, in one camera I replaced the memory card but without success. Do you have a solution? Thanks.

I Solved it!I swapped the power supplies between the two cameras and both started working again.
Previously I had reset and restarted the cameras several times without any success.
Hi Carlo, I’m glad it worked for you! Unfortunately, I’m experiencing the same issue. I’ve tried everything: a new SD card, a new power supply, and a new USB cable, but nothing has changed.
I then attempted a full reset, which unfortunately made things worse—I’ve now lost all access to my window and door sensors. To make matters worse, Netatmo hasn’t responded to my support ticket.
Hi Andre! Eight months later, the camera disconnection issues returned. I finally solved the problem by purchasing a new Netamo Advance camera for my home and a Netatmo Welcome camera for my son's. I purchased both cameras used online, and now I can say the problems have completely disappeared. You have to be patient with Netatmo support; they do their best; they're not equipped to perform miracles!
