Error Code 0097-00002

A few years ago, I integrated two cameras between Apple HomeKit and the WEB Netatmo Application perfectly. But a few days ago the ISP in my house had to change the router and the APs of WiFi. 

Then, I did a hard reset (red card + white card + homekit configuration card) both cameras, and I got a successful setup with HomeKit that worked perfectly with all configuration options. But I couldn't configure these cameras in the App iPhone, iPad + WEB Netatmo application (https://home.netatmo.com/) I can't define the area for the activation of the cameras, neither the FTP service to save the videos.

Anyway, the app on the iPhone & iPads gave me an error Error Code 0097-00002.

I see the cameras in homekit but not in the app

    Yes, in my case, the solution was to use a Wi-Fi network that only supports 2.4 GHz. During setup, you must use the same Wi-Fi on your smartphone or tablet.

    Caméras work fine with apple HomeKit but not possible to install them or connect them via netatmo iOS app - for smoke alarm worked fine

    When I configure ei fi Have an error
    (0097-00002)

    The camera works with home iPhone but do not work with security Netatmo application. It looks blocked

    Can you please check?
