Netatmo Relay unreachable despite connected to Wifi
Since a week or 2 I see regularly that my Netatmo Relay shows as "unreachable" through the app and webapp. It is connected to Wifi and I can ping it, so it's still connected to my network. Unplugging and plugging it back in sometimes helps but not always. Are others experiencing any similar issues? I'm confused because I can ping its IP address so at least the wifi connection seems to be OK. Anything else I can test?

Same here. The status is fine if I kill the app and start again.
I'll try the Home + Control app.
Oh interesting. Restarting the app doesn't help for me. Sometimes the relay is unavailable for a full day or longer, but eventually it does come back. Luckily it still follows the heating schedule, so no problem there.
