Hi I bought 4 door locks at once and 3 of them configured without any trouble. The 4 th one does. The app tells that it cannot configure the lock just after scanning the QR code. I did a battery reset and a hard reset with the main key bar for 12 seconds in the lock. 2 veeps heard after these resets. This is actually something I did not expect to happen and my confidence in this product eent from enthusiastic to big doubts.
