iOS Widgets blank since app v 3.11.0 update

Since updating iOS app to 3.11.0 2 weeks ago the widgets are blank (white).

    Hi,

     

    Mine fixed itself.  I think it is when I updated iOS to v18.5.  Looks like there was an incompatibility between Netatmo 3.11.0 and the previous version of iOS

    You're not alone—I'm seeing the same issue with blank widgets after updating to 3.11.0. It might be a bug with the latest iOS app version. Hopefully, a fix is coming in the next update!

    Since updating the Scarlet iOS app to version 3.11.0 two weeks ago, the widgets are displaying as blank (white) instead of showing their content.
