I have installed the relay and it controls my boiler fine when using the smart thermostat manually but when I install the app on my iphone it will not find the thermostat and just tells me to keep waiting which may take a while. How long should it take?

    Subject: Heating system disappeared from my account after Home + Control migration

    Hello,

    After installing the new Home + Control app and trying to change temperature in one room, the app crashed.

    Since then:

    • My Netatmo account shows no devices.

    • The app asks me to request access from the owner.

    • My relay restarts (white blinking after power reconnect).

    • Radiator valves still work normally and display temperature.

    It looks like my home has been disconnected from my account during migration.

    Could you please check the serial number of my relay and reassign my heating system to my account?
