After changing the WLAN network, it is no longer possible to connect to the app, although the new network is recognized.
The app has already been deleted and reinstalled and the Iphone restarted. The power supply to the doorbell has also been disconnected and reconnected. The white LED lights up, but no connection can be established.
If you have 5GHz and 2.4GHz bands on your WiFi, try disabling 5GHz when you are connecting your doorbell. After it connects first time it should reconnect properly in future

5 GHz is disabled while trying to connect, only 2.4 Ghz is enabled, but it does not connect even the white LED is on

I keep trying, but unfortunately without success. I have also just noticed that the LED does not light up white, but blue.

I absolutely cannot understand why it is so problematic to connect the camera to the same WLAN network, which has just been given a different name.

Same problem here, doorbell and presence. No connecties possibile. Spent hours trying. Nothing works, i bought new routers. Nothing!!!!

My ‘smart’ door bell was disconnected overnight and there’s absolutely no way I can get it back to work. Reset the whole thing twice, cut the power, reinstalled the app, nothing. I’m guessing an internal WiFi component is broken, error message says it cannot find any network. Customer support doesn’t reply, it’s crap!
