Good Evening,
I have just bought a second hand Netatmo Welcome Indoor Camera. This is the second one we have bought second hand and although the first was Fiddly to install I didn’t have any real difficulties. This one is however just not installing at all. The LED turn Green when you turn it on and when you turn it upside down it starts flashing blue and the cameras just doesn’t connect, I select that it’s glowing blue in the app, a screen comes up say it might take a while to connect, this is on for ages and then fails. I can’t hard reset the camera as it doesn’t go green upside and it never goes red after removing the SD. I have tried putting in a new SD Card but that hasn’t done anything. Can anyone help identifying the issue?
Until the second half of this year (2025), it was not possible to install a second Netatmo Welcome camera on the same Wi-Fi network within the same household. This limitation was never clearly explained or documented anywhere—it simply existed.
As of now, this limitation has been removed, and it is finally possible to install multiple cameras on the same Wi-Fi network within one household. This is a significant improvement.
This change is especially important for me because the newer camera model initially lacked the ability to connect to door sensors, which is now also supported again.
I can confirm that I have successfully installed two Welcome cameras on the same Wi-Fi network, and they work correctly. In addition, I have a third, newer camera model installed as well, and all three cameras function together without any issues.

At this point, everything is working properly
