My thermostat is not working a

Dear Sir/Madam

I wonder if you can assist me.  My thermostat for my heating and boiler is not working.  All the numbers on the front of the thermostat cannot be read.  I changed the batteries and the position remained the same.

I would appreciate your advice concerning this matter.

    Hi Carole,

    Does your thermostat look like this?

    If so and you have inserted fresh batteries then it is most likely a problem with the lcd display.

    Almost impossible to find a reasonably priced replacement thermostat (circa £200). I sourced a lcd from a chinese supplier but unfortunately due to poor packaging on 2 occasions the lcd was damaged.

    The thermostat still works so if you have the app on the phone you can see the temp and set etc
