Cannot connect indoor modules

Hello,

 

I am trying to connect 3 new indoor modules to my weather station. I am unable to do it in the app. I get into the pairing mode by holding the top part of the station (white blinking light), I put in the batteries on the modules and get the green light, but in the app the wheel just keeps turning and then in the end shows an error (we could not find your product after several attempts). I tried moving the accessories closer or further, I tried putting batteries before I start pairng or after, I switched off the station, I even removed it from my account (which I think you call a reset), and then added it back, but nothing works.

 

Previously when I had troubles connecting the rain gauge and anemometer, Netatmo suggested to use the module manager, which worked back then.

I tried it  now with the indoor modules but cannot get the SW to connect to the weather station. I tried it 2x on a mac computer and 1x on a windows computer, but the SW does not connect. When I plug in the weather station via the USB cable to the computer, the weather station flashes green so definitely that connection is working, but the SW does not recognize the station and I am stuck on the screen that prompts me to connect the weather station to the computer?

 

Any idea what I can do?
