Legrand Smarther Thermostat 0 490 39 hysteresis issue for cooling

Dear Team!

Leslie from Legrand directed me to you.

I have 4 pcs Smarther with Netatmo Thermostat 0 490 39 integrated in Home + Control  with Firmware: 40. This Thermostat can use for heating / cooling.

I use the thermostats since end of June with a heat pump. In the advanced settings there is only a heating setting with hysteresis threshold. The setting of the hysterisis threshold has no influence of the cooling control. The thermostat works only with 0,1 C treshold! This leads to the heat pump switching on and off too frequently!!!

I red in the manual, there is "heating prediction" control solution as well.  So additionally, I set the for comfort temperature "heating prediction" more than 2 weeks in advance, but this did not change anything in the advanced settings. In my case I have only the heating algorithm: hysteresis. 

Is there any soution to set the hysteresis for coooling?

Was this problem announced from other users?

Can be changed the algorithm by cooling and this solve the cooling hysteresis issue?

I seen that for Bticino Smarther X8000-X8000W has separate hysteresis adjustment for cooling.

    Hello. I have the same problem with Smarther XW8002E.
    There is only a heating setting with hysteresis threshold. Reported to Legrand and they did not help me, they just told me cooling system hysteresis should work too with this.
    If you look for XM8003 model instructions there is hysteresis threshold for both separately (heating and cooling). I do not have that in my model user instructions, just the heating one.
