Home + control rolling shutter wrong position state

daza21.home

I have an issue with Home+Control app which display the wrong status of rolling shutter.

Some rolling shutter are shown as open while they are closed. If i use another application (such as home assistant) the state of the rolling shutter is correct. So i think it's a problem in the app.

The state does not change even if i wait all night long.

By using webapi i noticed that if i close all shutter the rolling shutters displaying the wrong state have the target_position set to 100 and current_position set to 0 while the correct one have target position set to 0  and current position set to 0. When i read this information all shutters were closed since at least 1 hour.

How does the target position variable work? Why the shutter is closed and it has value 100?

reply of webapi:

type:"NLLV"
current_position:0
target_position:100
target_position:step:1
firmware_revision:65
last_seen:1757967316

type:"NLLV"
current_position:0
target_position:0
target_position:step:1
firmware_revision:65
last_seen:1757967371

Thanks

Andrea

    Hi Andrea,

As it deals with the H+C app, I'll have to open an internal ticket to Legrand teams

I see that you have many NLLV devices in your installation. For privacy, can you send me back your message via the API contact form by adding the MAC Address of a few (or all) devices having the wrong behavior ?

I'll then create the ticket and give you a feedback

    Have a good day,
