Screen issue - cannot connect HomeKit

Dear Netatmo Support Team, I am writing to ask for your help with my Netatmo heating system. I currently have two Relays: • One Relay that originally came with my Smart Thermostat package. • Another Relay that came with the Radiator Valves Starter Pack. Here is the problem I am facing: 1. The Relay from the Thermostat package is the only one that is capable of controlling my boiler (ON/OFF switching). The Relay from the Radiator Valves Starter Pack only acts as a bridge and cannot switch the boiler. 2. Unfortunately, I cannot use the Thermostat Relay anymore, because I do not have the HomeKit code. This generation of devices did not have the HomeKit code on a sticker or card – it was only shown on the Thermostat’s e-ink display. 3. The e-ink display of my Thermostat is completely broken again. It was already replaced once by Netatmo in the past for the same reason, but now it has failed a second time. Because of this, I cannot read the HomeKit pairing code from the display. 4. I have checked everywhere (Relay body, packaging, app, Photos album), but the code is not available anywhere else. Because of this situation, I am currently stuck: • I cannot control my boiler with the Radiator Relay, since it does not support boiler switching. • I cannot use the Thermostat Relay with HomeKit, since I have no way to access the pairing code anymore. Could you please advise me on possible solutions? • Is there any way you can provide me with the HomeKit code for my Thermostat Relay, based on the serial number? • If not, is a Relay replacement possible?     No connecting HomeKit
    Reset relay, not helping
    Release from HomeKit, no connecting possible
