Our thermostat has a 2 hour delay in heating compared to the temperature program as we configured it. So in the program, we said to start heating at 6 pm until 11 pm. In reality he starts at 8 pm until 1 am. looks like the time of the thermostat is wrong but I cannot find how to check or change that.
I'm having the same issue as you. Did you manage to solve it?

In case you still need a solution, digging further in the posts, I found another user giving a working solution. I'll past i here: In the app, go into settings and select operating mode. From there check that heating prediction (auto adapt) is disabled and that priority settings is set to “comfort”.
Then go into “manage my home” click on the … and check the time zone is correct.

I did, by selecting ‘home control’ in the Control app > 3 dots > home information > timezone. For us that was the issue as the timezone was set wrong.
