TEMPERATURE SENSOR FAILING? NO NUMBER ON DISPLAY (JUST THE OUTLINED)

HELLO! I have the thermostat for several years but now it seems broken. I got only the number of the desired temperature, the outlined is vanished from the display. the app tells me 51.3 degree (Celsius) and I can't use it to warm the house. seems bad sensor or dunno what....

can somebody help me?
