A problem with Weather Station / Rain Gauge
Hi NetAtmo Support,
I have for quite many years ago bought and used your Weather Station + Outdoor Temperature.
Some few years later I bought a Rain Gauge (HammersRain) , which earlier this year suddenly stopped logging data.
I have tried to uninstall both the outdoor module and the rain gauge starting to re-install the rain gauge without success.
Then I bought a new Rain Gauge but sadly have had no success in installing the new Rain Gauge.
So my questions are:
1:
Can the Weather Station itself be the problem to the missing connection to the Rain Gauge (off course also tried NEW batteries!)?
- No matter that the outdoor temperatures model works?
2:
If I have to buy a new Weather Station and then choose the Original 2. generation will I then be able to connect the (new) Rain Gauge I already have bought earlier in 2025 and also the present outdoor temperature model?

I have excactly the same problem. Ishould be an option to send in the unit to check if it working properly or wether it is a problem with the indoor module.
