Returned thermostat from screen fixing and now it doesn't connect to relay

I'm very dissatisfied with Netatmo support. I sent my thermostat for the screen to be fixed. When it returned it never connected again to the relay (changed batteries, reset both devices, all you can imagine). When I ask them how to fix it, they don't respond (I complained a month ago). I was so thrilled with this device, but alas, it's the support what is crap.

    Supongo que además habrás pagado. A mí me ofrecieron pagar la mitad de lo que valen y decidí que no. Continuos problemas sin solución por parte de la marca
