Netatmo Smart Indoor Security Camera (Not Connecting)
Hello there,
My Netatmo Smart Indoor Security Camera is not connecting and cannot be found on the app all of a sudden. The camera is disconnected and I can no longer connect to it. Below is what I had done to troubleshoot:
-Rebooted the whole router.
-Unplug the power source for 5 minutes.
-Remove th Micro SD card.
-Plugged the power source back into the slot.
-The green light is constantly on, flip it upside down.
-Use the Netamo app to connect and find a new device. After a long a few minutes, it returned as no device can be found. Tried many times and it cannot be found by the app.
-The green light is not flickering but rather constantly on. No blue light is visible.
All my other devices at home are working fine except for Netamo indoor camera. What could be the problem here?
