Smart indoor Cam disconnected several times (no wifi -> kable!)

Hello, my smart indoor camera keeps losing connection. Message: Camera not connected. After unplugging the power cord and plugging it back in, it works again for a few hours/days. 
Then the problem occurs again.

What can be done about this?

    Hi Daniel, I’m experiencing the same issue, but with Wi-Fi connectivity. I’m unable to understand the root cause, and despite opening a support ticket 2 weeks ago, I haven’t received any feedback.
    In the meantime, I attempted a full reset, but unfortunately the situation has worsened. I’ve now lost access to all my smart window and door sensors.

    Hello, i got also no answer till now….. maybe time to change to another system…. Nobode needs not working cameras…or door sensors….unbeliveable
